Researchers

My research focuses on interprofessional care in the prevention, treatment, and recovery of substance use and/or mental illness. Additionally, this involves interprofessional workforce education and training. In examining interprofessional care and training, I also am interested in how cultural factors such as race, ethnicity, socioecononmic statues affects treatment and recovery for persons with SUD and co-occurring disorders and also how these factors affect collaboration, recruitment, and retention among substance use treatment and mental health professionals and professionals in training.
