My research focuses on the use, safety, and effectiveness of pharmaceuticals prescribed to treat mental illnesses in young populations. I leverage large healthcare databases to answer questions in this area, applying pharmacoepidemiological methods. Currently, I am conducting research evaluating misuse and abuse related morbidity of benzodiazepine treatment in young people.
